Zoe Sports Performance Athletes Development Programs are designed to help every Zoe Sports Athlete to get better, every day.
By CHALLENGING them MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY.
Each program is implemented by a ZOE SPORTS PERFORMANCE COACH a Performance Enhancement Specialist in a personal setting or in small groups based on age, skill and sports specific development needs. Every session is programmed with purpose and a fun factor that ensures each athlete enjoys the process as well as the results of the program.
At Zoe Sports Performance we believe in an athlete centered long-term approach to athlete development. The development involves teaching and coaching mental and physical discipline and toughness while improving athleticism, movement, balance, power, flexibility and strength at an age appropriate and skill progression of programming in a variety of development and sports specific programs for young athletes from the ages of 7- 18, from beginner to elite.
Ages 7 -12 Grades 4 - 6th grade (Freshman Phase)
Concept: Move, Play, Learn
Focus: Physical Activity Literacy, Athleticism, Fun
ZSP Program: Kids Sports
Kids Sport Conditioning will teach young athletes the foundational components of athleticism through a fun, dynamic and motivating training environment.
Ages 12 -14 Grades 6th - 8th grade (All American Phase)
Concept: Move, Lift, Learn
Focus: Movement Efficiency, Movement Mechanics, Foundations and Fundamentals
ZSP Program: SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness), Sports Specific Development, Athletic Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Speed Development
Ages 15 - 18 Grades (Heisman Phase)
Concept: Move, Lift, Perform
Focus: Performance
ZSP Program: Advance Athlete Development, High Performance Programs
ZSP Speed, agility and quickness are three of the most important physical components for athletes. The SAQ program will teach you how to move more efficiently through postural correction, and movement skill patterning. Once a foundation of movement is built athletes will focus on increasing their first step quickness, deceleration, explosive speed, and reactivity and multi-directional movement skills. Become a quicker, faster and more reactive athlete with ZSP SAQ training methods. 12 and UP (MS, HS, and Collegiate)
